Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customer needs and provide support and information on product features
Implementing administrative tasks in the studio
Being a Shake Maker at our shake bar
Continuous quality management within the studio
Cleaning of the studio and in the changing rooms
Your profile
Proven passion for dealing with customers ideally in the service sector
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
Track record of exceeding sales targets
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and dynamic personality with a focus on customer service
Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner
Availability for flexible shift work
Reliability, ability to work in a team and a strong hands-on mentality
Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and persuasiveness
